• Head of Legal Team responsible for the ports terminals, manufacturing units, and technology center, including a logistic base of flexible pipes operated on behalf of Petrobras, and a public leased port.• Set-up of the strategic litigation department, controlling alllawsuits and administrative proceedings (including public civil actions, criminal investigations and environmental inquiries), being also responsible for the file of lawsuit against Petrobras in relation to Onshore Project, based on a turn-key EPC Contract, in the amount of BRL 1BI;• Responsible for Regulatory, with frequent interface with federal agencies (Antaq), administrative bodies (Ministry of Ports), civil associations, public prosecutors and environmental authorities. • Instructor of QHSE Program, focused on safety. Achievements:• Responsible for the regularization of a ports area of 90.000 square meter, including the set-up of the operation with port authorities, on both Federal and State levels, and the agreement draft, with strict compliance to the legislation and compliance. Upon execution, Technip became the first lease in Brazil to achieve the adaptation to the Ports Law based on a non-precarious contract.• Structuring and Management of the Litigation Department, responsible for the outsource of law firms. In relation to only two cases, (i) terminated a legal services agreement and performed the service himself, saving BRL 4 Million; and (ii) negotiated the agreement termination, saving BRL 3,3 Million for the company.• Analysis of the bid procedure and agreement draft in relation to a BRL 1 Billion EPC contract for the construction of green fuel units for Dow Chemical.• Led a major Petrobras bid of logistics base, handling all relevant aspects of the proposal, including antitrust.• Start-up of an agreements database, guiding and orienting the buyers to align all documents, and training of contract negotiators.
