• Head of Legal Team responsible for the ports terminals, manufacturing units, and technology center, including a logistic base of flexible pipes operated on behalf of Petrobras, and a public leased port.• Set-up of the strategic litigation department, controlling alllawsuits and administrative proceedings (including public civil actions, criminal investigations and environmental inquiries), being also responsible for the file of lawsuit against Petrobras in relation to Onshore Project, based on a turn-key EPC Contract, in the amount of BRL 1BI;• Responsible for Regulatory, with frequent interface with federal agencies (Antaq), administrative bodies (Ministry of Ports), civil associations, public prosecutors and environmental authorities. • Instructor of QHSE Program, focused on safety. Achievements:• Responsible for the regularization of a ports area of 90.000 square meter, including the set-up of the operation with port authorities, on both Federal and State levels, and the agreement draft, with strict compliance to the legislation and compliance. Upon execution, Technip became the first lease in Brazil to achieve the adaptation to the Ports Law based on a non-precarious contract.• Structuring and Management of the Litigation Department, responsible for the outsource of law firms. In relation to only two cases, (i) terminated a legal services agreement and performed the service himself, saving BRL 4 Million; and (ii) negotiated the agreement termination, saving BRL 3,3 Million for the company.• Analysis of the bid procedure and agreement draft in relation to a BRL 1 Billion EPC contract for the construction of green fuel units for Dow Chemical.• Led a major Petrobras bid of logistics base, handling all relevant aspects of the proposal, including antitrust.• Start-up of an agreements database, guiding and orienting the buyers to align all documents, and training of contract negotiators.

• Negotiated and drafted international and national licensing agreements related to the acquisition of the broadcasting rights of (i) sports events, such as the World Cup and the Olympic Games; (ii) blockbuster motion pictures and other televised programs. • Responsible for the legal coordination of the website www.globoesporte.com , including risk analysis regarding new technologies and cyber law. • Analyzed and drafted production agreements, distribution agreements, sales contracts, licenses, intellectual property and technology agreements. • Lead attorney for piracy issues.• Interface with the National Motion Pictures Federal Agency (“Ancine”). Achievements:• Analyzed and discussed the agreement for the acquisition of the Free TV, Pay TV, radio, mobile and internet broadcasting rights of FIFA World Cup of 2010 and 2014. • Negotiated with FOX Studios the execution of a volume deal agreement, valid for 5 years and acting as focal point for the departments involved in the negotiation (Engineering, Commercial etc.).• Responsible for the regulatory issues related to the permit for the productions exhibited by the TV, having interface with ANCINE, mainly in relation to administrative and tax issues. Organized a task force to analyze all the permits, which resulted in the extension of the validities of such permits, representing savings of approximately BRL 120k to the Company.• Focal point of the company for the fight against the illegal transmissions of TV Globo and TV Globo International’s television signals. The success of the operation increased remarkably the sales of signals distribution for end-users.

Intern, 2001-2003; and Associate Attorney, 2003-2004• Drafted legal opinions, litigation documents, petitions and appeals, primarily in the area of health and consumer law. • Served as coordinator of a hospital legal department, evaluating torts and contractual issues. Achievements: • Considered a high potential by the partners while still intern, was selected to revise all the legal opinions and pleadings drafted on behalf of a major bank in Brazil (Bradesco), supervising the legal production of a team of eight persons. • Secondee of a hospital legal department.
