Direct interlocutor between lawyers, financial institution, suppliers/customers and headquarter.• Managed services provided by Outsourcing company (Accounting, Financial and Payroll) evaluating performance and necessary readjustments according to the processing volume.

• Direct report to the CFO Latin America (based in Brazil) and indirect to Global Controller (based in Paris, Franca).• Acting as PMO of operations and financial projects in Latin America countries (Argentine, Mexico and Brazil) covering different areas as: Financial, Legal, Tax Planning and Facilities, in accordance with international standards.

• Responsible for the Controllership of Mexico subsidiary (City of Mexico, DF).• Direct report to the CFO Latin America (based in Brazil) and indirect to Global Controller (based in Paris, Franca). Direct management of a team with 15 people (5 in Mexico and 10 in Brazil).• Responsible for the Controllership, Treasury and Accounting.

• Responsible for analyzing the sales and maintenance of equipments, monitoring of KPIs for the Latin America countries and for the inventory control • Direct management of a team with 4 people.

• Responsible for the consolidation and standardization of financial and accounting data from Latin America to report to headquarters.

• Responsible for execution of financial planning (operational and investments) of society by unit business, budget controls and support in the change of corporate culture relating to finances.• Responsibility in the consolidation of the accounting and financial information, financial planning and reporting to the Board Maintainers of society. Systemic implementation of the budgeting module of SAP (SEMBPS).

• Responsible for the analysis and calculation of net revenues, working capital, assisting the categories of business of the company. Support in preparing and updating the price list, preparation of management reporting and calculation of the cost of goods sold.

Direct responsibility for the financial control of the business and indirect contractual agreements in the preparation of drafts. Therefore responsible for consolidation and preparation of accounting and financial management reports, budget variances control in order to support the decision-making actions and the accountability to the shareholders of the enterprise.
