I was fortunate to get the opportunity to intern at Nonsense, a creative agency in Shoreditch. In my internship I collected ideas from internal stakeholders to analyse the best quick wins AI could provide. I turned a list of feedback into a list of Low Complexity, High Value opportunities. We tested “Duet AI” a Google product which would increase productivity. Whilst the trial was unsuccessful we discovered that the 1 key feature represented a significant portion of the value.With this information I built an automation using Gmail API and Generative AI to allow the team to reply to emails faster. The running cost was negligible for a company with less than 20 employees. In the tests conducted, partial email automation was estimated to save senior directors 45 minutes per day.

During Lockdown I learned how to build e-commerce websites. I outreached to businesses to build their website. Outreach initially was slow but once I had a small portfolio of work, client referrals started to replace the need for outreach. My most successful e-commerce site was with a personal trainer who wanted to sell an E-book. We designed the site, displaying customer transformations to enhance the social proof. After this I had more personal trainers reach out to me, to work on similar projects.These early websites helped me grow in confidence and technical skill whilst giving me an introduction to e-commerce.
