I help leaders engage and contribute to their teams and organizations by providing team development, leadership training, business development insights, and coaching. I focus on leveraging our strengths - intentionality, grit, collaboration, and connection to cutting-edge research - to design and deliver interventions that provide long term impact in the lives of our clients.

Provided leadership and strategy for teams responsible for enterprise talent development, training, organizational health and culture initiatives, and corporate recruiting. Served as part of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Leadership Team. Supported an enterprise-wide HRIS implementation project as the lead for talent, training, and change management workstreams. Facilitated team development and strategy sessions with leadership teams across the organization.

Served on the leadership team for New Life Ranch. Develop and deliver an organization-wide leadership model aimed at developing leadership competencies of full time staff, collegiate staff, and program participants. Partnered with a local university to design, market, and fill graduate assistant positions. Facilitated strategic planning processes and organization development interventions for the organization. Collaborated widely with operational and fundraising teams to adequately support programs. Launched and coordinated gender balance and ethnic diversity task forces. Provided leadership to departments that serve local families in poverty and school groups participating in residential experiential education programs. Coordinated a partnership with an aid organization in Peru, including leading trips to train emerging Peruvian leaders in experiential programming for at-risk youth.

Provide leadership for Leadership Development team as they provide leadership training for high school students and young adults. Provide leadership for Community Ministries team as they serve approximately 100 youth and families in the surrounding community who face generational economic poverty. Function as facilitator of New Life Ranch’s strategic planning processes. Serve on New Life Ranch’s director team that provides tactical and strategic leadership for the organization. Develop and implement a leadership training model for organization stakeholders.

Plan and deliver summer leadership development programs for high school students. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff to lead programs. Each year, facilitate a 9 month leadership training program for college graduates. Provide these participants with direction, supervision, and personalized coaching. Manage budgets for all programs, and collaborate with team members to create marketing initiatives that drive growth. Launched a Day Camp staffed by leadership training participants that now serves five hundred elementary students each year.

Updated course syllabus and selected relevant course materials. Taught courses using both experiential and classroom-based methods. Led overnight practicum sessions. Facilitated team-based learning sessions and assignments.

Was responsible for all camp operations including administration, marketing, summer camp program, site maintenance, facility improvements, and retreat program. Built relationships with local pastors and congregations as a key component of the marketing plan. Recruited pastors to serve as speakers each week of summer camp. Recruited, hired, trained, and supervised seasonal and year round staff. Managed low ropes course and delivered team building programs. Ensured camp operations met American Camp Association standards.
