Responsible for managing logistics and booking appointments as part of a national project to upgrade all electricity meters in Norway. Provided excellent customer service both via phone and email across all our project areas as well as managing booking and logistics for my own project covering over 6000 upgrades.

Workshop tutor for public, private, and corporate chocolate-making workshops. Responsibilities include registering guests, preparing and tempering chocolate, demonstrating chocolate-making techniques, giving an overview of the history of chocolate, as well as setting up and closing up the workshop space.

Responsible for generating attendance and academic performance reports to send out to the parents/carers, managing the Human Resources database, interviewing potential candidates, providing IT support to all four campuses, completing risk assessments and audits as well as ensuring that the company’s health and safety policy was sufficiently carried out, as well as designing new systems of work and data management and planning effective changes to the IT infrastructure.

Translated the company's website from English to Norwegian while managing search engine optimization and writing advertising copy.
