I’m passionate about the rubber industry and have dedicated much of my career to helping it grow and evolve. As President of the Rubber Association of Türkiye, I’m focused on fostering innovation and supporting the next generation of talent. Some of my proudest achievements have been starting a vocational rubber high school class, alongside the work to revitalize the national rubber expo and organizing the International Rubber Conference for the first time in Türkiye.My journey in the rubber sector spans over 13 years at Derby Conveyor Belts, where I gained hands-on experience with the challenges and opportunities within the industry. I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to the broader industry as a Board Member of IKMIB and as an Assemblyman at the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.My degree in Computer Science with a minor in Robotics and 4 years at Microsoft working as a software design engineer in the Windows Kernel Team give me a unique perspective on how technology can drive progress in manufacturing and industrial processes.
