Conduct end-to-end UX research and design process for NYS OASAS mobile application to provide resources about youth substance use prevention to parents, caregivers, and families. Discovery process was comprised of both qualitative and quantitative tasks including competitive landscape analysis, user interviews, and a quantitative survey.

• As the first person hired exclusively to a product research role, was instrumental in the founding of WizeHive's internal stakeholder research initiative (comprising usability tests, A/B tests, and sketching workshops), which serves to rapidly generate valuable and actionable product insights related to smaller/more constrained research objectives.• Informed product requirements and understand user needs when submitting and managing online grant applications through discovery research including generative research, secondary research, and competitor analysis.• Communicated product, market, and technical constraints for consideration during epic and sprint scoping through diagrams, visuals, schematics, and other research materials in Miro. Research materials inform 15+ epics comprising application submission, review, award management, collaboration, and additional GMS capabilities.• Facilitated Product Manager’s user story writing and inform UX design decisions of the Zengine platform by conducting user interviews with external stakeholders and generating insights through data synthesis.• Designed interactive mid- and high-fidelity Figma prototypes and conduct usability tests embodying product functionality related to user onboarding, collaboration, form creation, and grantee management. Testing of key clients and other external stakeholders supports the iterative design of the product.• Increased user satisfaction and reduce user errors when submitting and managing grant applications by turning insights from compiled product and user research into UX improvements. Effectively communicate insights documents to cross-functional internal stakeholders including Developers, Product Management, and Implementation teams.

• Provided project management, sampling, oversight, documentation, and technical support as site Project Manager on federal Superfund (CERCLA) environmental sites for client U.S. EPA.• Compiled official administrative records of federal documents related to site activities for public viewing using Adobe Acrobat and InDesign. Formatted typography and print design of EPA public announcements of administrative record availability according to newsprint standards and accessibility guidelines.

• Designed and produced deliverables including posters, flyers, fact sheets, radio PSAs, guidebooks, workshops, and educational presentations related to aquatic ecology for the local community in order to aid in the Borough of Carlisle’s compliance with its MS4 permit.• Conducted laboratory QA/QC testing of volunteer monitor stream water samples, advised collectors on how to reduce sampling error when results fell below data quality threshold.

Conducted laboratory testing of key water quality parameters to calculate the costs of treatment of various municipal and industrial supplies of wastewater.

Traveled to Iceland with Dr. Benjamin Edwards, Dr. Kristin Strock, and colleagues to study glaciovolcanism and its effects on limnology as part of Dickinson College's AACCRE (Arctic and Alpine Climate Change Research Experience) Program.

Developed lesson plans and administered small-group tutoring sessions to middle schoolers and high schoolers 5 days a week during the summer. Lesson plans included topics related to Mathematics (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus), Language Arts (English Literature, Grammar, Rhetoric), Natural Science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry), and SAT Prep (Mathematics, Language, Essay, Strategy).
