I am a tutor as part of Rowing Ireland and coaching Ireland level 1 & 2 two day coaching certification. At the end of the two day workshop all coaches who pass were able to effectively coach the main lifts to get athletes strong and reduce risk of injury. Successful coaches were able to spot common faults in technical ability along with programming, screening, recommended rep ranges and when and how to strength train athletes ranging from adolescent to masters.

Assisting Gordon Brett and held sessions with Munster based Irish Ladies Rugby squad and Olympic 7's 2014/2015. Assisting Gordon weekly with the development of the U19/20's.From February 2014 till end of season I assisted Fergal O'Callaghan weekly and held gym sessions and skills for academy players.Assisted Fergal O'Callaghan and held sessions for age grade U18/20's strength and conditioning sessions.Designed and implemented a Strength and Conditioning program for north Munster’s RDS squad 2014Coached Munster Regional Development Squad in Strength and Conditioning 12wk summer program 2013Assisted PJ Wilson with pre academy secondary school players and secondary school rugby players in Castletroy Community College.
