• Assisting in ensuring that the store activities are conducted in a manner that is accepted by Pharma Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and as required by the relevant regulatory authorities.• Carrying out inspection of consignments and all received stocks • Ensuring compliance to SOP procedures laid down relating to maintenance of a clean store, hygiene and appearance in the store and are followed on a daily basis including the stacked stock and refrigerators and the cleaning equipments as well.• Ensuring that medicines are received and stacked under the right temperatures as per the storage requirements, keeping records and reporting any temperature deviations in due time to the line manager.• Following the calibration of equipment in the stores with the QMS representative to ensure that calibration is done and records are taken and well kept• Ensuring that in case of any recalls/returns of medicine, the recalled/returned medicine is(are) checked and stored separately from the other stocks and follow up on communications • Helping in the preparation, packaging and confirmation of medicines before it is handed over to the distribution clerk and to ensure no defects are given out to the client.

Responsibilities/activities;Supporting Monitoring and Evaluation officer to capture data on Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) related activities and HMIS105 data. •       Entering Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), referrals, and outreach data in to the SBCC database. •       Sorting the reports and carrying out filing for the data. •       Compiling weekly and monthly status reports.
