Peter is a Business Consultant and Delivery Executive with extensive experience of supporting asset based organisations in the management of complex change, converting strategic objectives into delivered benefit through the effective management of portfolios, programmes and projects. Peter has the optimum blend of business/commercial acumen, technical/process skills and emotional intelligence allowing him to gain support and lead teams to create innovative and creative solutions.Peter is an APM Fellow, ICE Fellow, a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Project Professional; he has over 35 years experience of successful project delivery, having progressed through infrastructure design, to design management, to programme management and business consultancy both internationally and domestically across the private and public sectors.Taking a systems approach Peter has designed or improved the structure, governance and delivery environment of some of the UK’s most high profile, politically sensitive projects, including: the Olympic Delivery Authority, HS2, Thames Tideway Tunnel, Old Oak & Park Royal Development, BBC Estates, MoJ Estates Rationalisation, Thames Gateway, New Hospitals Programme and Science Capability and Animal Health.He has advised on and delivered programmes and projects within regulated environments including Rail, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Utilities and Financial Services.Peter is also recognised as a turnaround specialist having steered a number of failing programmes and projects back to success. He has undertaken reviews of a large number of projects and is retained by the Cabinet Office’s Infrastructure & Projects Authority as a high-risk project Gateway Review team leader and strategic advisor.Peter has worked across multiple sectors, including: Transport; Utilities; Estates; Regeneration; Pharmaceuticals; Health, Financial Services, IT; Media; central, local and regional Government . He has supported Clients across the UK, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
