Department of project management.Duties:- Project management automation of financial and managerial accounting of enterprises on the basis of software products ERP Platform, CRM Enterprise Platform, EDMS Platform(Integration management, Scope management, Time management, Cost management, Quality management, HR management, Communications management, Risk management, Procurement management);- Negotiating with Customer;- Preparing project documentation (Project Charter, project management plan, project schedule);- Setting goals and defining priorities;- Leading the project team: enlisting people, planning and performing training, providing consulting and controlling their work;- Analysis of business processes, optimization and modeling of processes in different types of accounting, including: financial, production, trade, managerial accounting.Achievements:Successfully completed seven automation projects and two consulting projects (confirmed by customer feedback). Project team size ranges 4 to 20 people. Number of automated workplaces in one enterprise: ranges 15 to 223.Participated in the development of the internal methodology of project management for the implementation of software products based on ERP Platform for enterprises , which is based on the PMBoK standard.

Duties and achievements:- Formed the IT department "from scratch";- Created the IT infrastructure, the local network of the enterprise, providing communication with outlets (central office and 14 pharmacies);- Provided installation, configuration and maintenance of work stations, servers and office equipment;- Administrated the local network and DBMS MS SQL server;- Developed the software for automation of trade in pharmacies (Front-office) "from scratch", commenced updates and user support for it;- Updated, implemented and maintained the information system for accounting on the basis of 1C 7.7. "Complex configuration".- Provided the company management with analytical reports.
