About Will Odwarka

I have extensive experience in the international hospitality and franchise development industry, with a focus on strategic growth and enhancing operational standards. In addition to running our hospitality consulting business, we have established Mozart Restaurant Management. This company oversees a Vienna-inspired café and an Italian-format restaurant in Dubai as it also deals with whole-sale activities for food and drink products. I am also guest lecturer at a Dubai university and conduct sessions for retail development organizations.
