As a participant of the Kampus Mengajar Program at SD Negeri 3 Banjar, I focused on improving literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation. I was directly involved as a partner of teachers, principals, and education personnel in the target schools in developing and implementing learning strategies in schools that are creative, innovative, and fun. Hone my leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity and innovation directly from the field. Expanding the network of friends with fellow students in the placement school and directly contributing as agents of change in the world of Indonesian education.
