I went to the market and after winning the biggest consultancy in the world, I returned to an entrepreneurial career and for 10 years I have been in the trenches managing projects, people and innovation.Through my own businesses, my clients and partners, I have managed budgets over $10M and more than 100 fixed and freelance employees, with more than 20 simultaneous projects in independent squads using agile methods adaptable to the operational context of each business or in that I acted.Among my projects in large companies I have already co-operated with companies such as ABInbev, Vale, TIM, Globo.com, Cultura Inglesa, Edify, CodeBuddy, ArtPlan, DreamFactory, among others. The focus has always been on innovation and the generation of value in the tactical areas of Marketing, HR and internal marketing.Based on my own pains during my journey and listening to the most diverse managers from different company doors, I decided to found OUTSIDER, an institution that thinks innovation "for orbit", in which I am currently a consultant and CEO.Here we develop strategic consulting projects for companies that want to stand out in the era of industry 4.0, supporting managers in decision making and co-creating innovative strategies in the areas of marketing, culture, management, sales and digital transformation.Philosophy:I believe that the human being needs to be in constant evolution and I look for that.
