- financial forecasting/budgeting- property acquisition and/or disposal- planning and overseeing building work/renovation- lease management- allocating and managing space within buildings- managing building maintenance activities- coordinating cleaning, catering and parking services- organising security and general administrative services- ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards- advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness- supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers

- Responsible for preparing Quantity Calculation- Responsible for preparing Method Statement of the works- Responsible for preparing Construction Program - Responsible for preparing Cost Estimation - Responsible for preparing Procurement Planning for tendering purpose. - Responsible for preparing projected cash flow. - Responsible for preparing Final Project Plan Book

- Do the feasibility study for an alternate design which could gain cost efficiency- Prepare all the requirement of feasibility study which consist of: alternative design, cost estimation, construction program, procurement planning, projected cash flow, etc- Act as Liaison Engineer who coordinate with the Design Consultant, Sub Contractors, Vendors and all related Institution which involved in the process feasibility study.- Prepare Final Proposal of Review Design to the Management prior to Final Negotiation with the Client of the Project- Responsible for clarification and negotiation with Clients related with the Tendering Project which the Company participated.- Responsible for preparing all related Marketing process from data collection until final market report.

- Responsible for preparing weekly and daily construction site activity- Responsible for site supervision- Responsible for preparing site work monitoring report- Responsible for preparing site work evaluation report- Responsible for preparing site inspection request- Responsible for doing Check list of the work prior to final inspection by the Consultant- Responsible for preparing calculation of resources requirement for the works- Responsible for coordination with the Engineering Department related with Shop Drawings and Site Surveying- Responsible for coordination with the Quality Control (QC) department related with site inspection- Responsible for coordination with and reporting to Project Construction Manager related with planning, monitoring and evaluation of site works program
