My passion for life sciences and healthcare started at the University of Toronto back in 2001 where I completed both an Honors Bachelor of Science and Master's of Science Degree in Physiology. Being at the forefront of scientific research and innovation during these years instilled a drive to pursue a career in the healthcare space which ultimately lead me to my career at Servier Canada in 2009. With now over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am proud to say that I am a passionate sales leader complimented by a proven and decorated track record of success in multiple sales & management positions. I possess a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system and networks across the province of Ontario with management experience in both primary and specialty care; including cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, hematology, endocrinology, nephrology and reproductive medicine. Over the course of my time in sales leadership I have developed competencies in talent acquisition, coaching, sales effectiveness, change management, and establishment of strong team cultures. Beyond that, I am a strong analytical thinker with excellent business acumen skills supported by a track record of successful partnerships in the industry. I’ve acquired strong teamwork and leadership skills as a result of consistent collaboration with my sales teams and effective cross functional collaboration with many other departments including medical, marketing and business excellence. I am a results oriented, ambitious and self-driven individual who is not afraid of hard work to ensure individual and company success.
