About Ömer Faruk Ayaz
I had rich experiences in the human resources, accounting, finance, logistics, production, digital marketing, sales and marketing, management and career development units that form the basic structures of the companies I work with."What are the management principles and competencies in the new generation businesses, what should be the business dynamics of the future and the business and employee profile in accordance with these dynamics? What are the skills and competencies that match this profile?" I developed solutions that brought awareness to their questions and problems.In the education sector where I mainly work, thousands of students have graduated with academic achievements without the skills demanded by the business world, businesses have to choose from a limited pool in recruitment in order to create a qualified workforce, many of the current employees have this inadequacy and can meet the demand for this deficiency. I found out that there are no training and experience mechanisms. On top of this, I established the K12 Academy and Kobilim in 2016 by creating a structure that will fulfill the skills and competence development functions.I provide trainings by synthesizing the skills of the future and the existing skills, designing "Development and Future Design" for High Schools and "Skill and Competence Based Professional Development" experience programs for universities and businesses.Increasing their knowledge and skills in the field of professional, behavioral and technology for adaptation to the changing world is referred to as “upskilling”. I help young people prepare stronger for tomorrow and the future by designing training programs titled "UPSKILLING GT Career Management", which allows adapting to the skills of the future in the personal and corporate field.
