Began as a Teller and moved swiftly through positions including Customer Representative. Acted as Operations Manager for the Bank, and ensured that all budget targets were met. Assumed all executive responsibilities in the Manager’s absence. Implemented and improved upon the Bank’s internal audits, control processes and risk procedures. As part of a Senior Team, traveled to major branches in the Middlesex Region to assist in the training and preparation for mandatory internal audits. Led a staff of seven, focused on quarterly sales targets and cross-sell ratio achievements; routinely exceeded corporate targets by an average of 7% quarter by quarter. Trained and mentored all new staff. Provided ongoing sales and product trainings.
