Current⦿ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲: EPMO Operation and Program/Project Management for an NPO in GCC⦿ 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: Senior Consultant managing the EPMO operations for a non-profit organization (NPO) in the GCC. Ensuring effective management of initiatives, projects, and operations, while transferring knowledge to the foundation. Supporting institutional functions, facilitating strategic planning and performance management, and managing the institutional set-up process with department heads and C-level managers.𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀/𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Setting up and maintaining the EPMO and transferring knowledge by providing on-the-job training in project management to the NPO’s resources.• Managing various initiatives, projects, and operational activities across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal departments.• Supporting the institutional set-up of the NPO, coordinating with department heads and C-level managers, and facilitating departmental activities necessary for its transition to operational independence.• Facilitating the annual business planning exercise, contributing to the formulation of departmental objectives and performance indicators.• Responsible for both monthly and quarterly strategic performance reports• Preparing materials required for the NPO’s executive meetings.• Developing comprehensive plans to achieve the NPO's strategy successfully, and building organizational capabilities to sustain business operations.
