As a professional actor and voice over artist, I have been immersed in the arts community for over ten years, working on various projects in Los Angeles, New York, and Connecticut. I have a passion for creativity and a versatile skill-set that allows me to adapt to different roles in several fields of work. I enjoy working with other artists and professionals, and I always strive to deliver high-quality performance on stage and in office.In addition to my acting career, I also have 8+ years experience in the coffee industry, as well as arts administration and in hospitality sectors, where I have developed a wide range of skills that include a focus on organization, efficiency, and authenticity. For the past few years I worked as Manager and Cafe Lead at Bravo Toast, a popular and trendy coffee shop in Los Angeles. I was lucky enough to be on the team since our first month of opening, and learned a lot about what goes into opening and maintaining a small business. I was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, cultivating relationships with various brands, maintaining relationships with our vendors, scheduling, overseeing daily operations and orders, and training and motivating the staff. I accomplished all of this while additionally, actively crafting beverages behind the barista bar.At the beginning of 2024, I returned to my home state and quickly acquired a position with Willoughby's Coffee & Tea at their headquarters in Branford, CT. I assisted the founder and CEO Barry Levine to efficiently run the back end operations of the company. Most recently, I have taken on a more administrative position with the remote software company, CampSite. I work with a wonderful team of people, and am eager to put all of my skills to use as their Office/Billing Administrator.I am proudly skilled in handling high-pressure situations and finding solutions to any challenges that arise.
