In my role at Wave Guard Technologies, I am responsible for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our systems. I execute both manual and automated testing to identify and resolve issues, while monitoring system health using tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Redis, and Cassandra. I also design and create dashboards for performance visualization.My duties extend to managing virtual machines and key infrastructure components, ensuring seamless operation of the system. Additionally, I provide support for lab management, develop testing scripts, contribute to product specifications and documentation, and manage our Azure DevOps workboards to enhance team productivity.Furthermore, I actively engage in product management activities, leveraging my technical and analytical skills to drive innovation and product development.
