After three successful years with the company, I was promoted a key Account Manager position. I am currently managing the account of ITLOCAL’s longest standing client, a US-based agency.My main duties include:- Coordinating assigned Life science and IT projects in accordance with customer requirements- Acting as a remote project manager for the company when time zone differences create the need for this- Directly communicating with clients before, during and after project completion, having a direct contribution to client retention and relationship management- Taking on Vendor management responsibilities, offering advice and coordinating the vetting process when needed- Translation memory maintenance, ensuring consistency and high quality deliveries for repeat clients- Conducting research and offering consultancy regarding industry specific software acquisition- General technical and linguistic responsibilities, specific to the translation industry

In parallel with my Project Manager responsibilities, I was also in charge with Itlocal's marketing activities.Amongst the most notable responsibilities I can list the following:- Designing and creating the current company logo- Building and organizing the current version of Itlocal's website on Wordpress- Wrote, edited and translated the entirety of Itlocal's website content- Created industry-specific White Papers and presentations for client outreach- Designing the printed marketing materials such as brochures, business cards and flyers- Ensured content creation for blog posts when time allowed- Training company interns and implementing short-term marketing plans on social media with their help

My tasks during my six months with Aeroteh included:- Planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve the revenue targets- Staying updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities- Coordinating with the art departments to develop window displays- Maintaining customer relationship programs and tracking customer satisfaction.

My duties included:- Sketching personalized jewellery to represent the brand correctly, using both classic methods as well as computer-aided design- Promoting the brand, attracting new clients and increasing sales.
