Motivated by health impacts from agriculture, my research project analyzed the relationship between the number of dairy cows in counties in California and asthma prevalence. To run a sample analysis, data from two years was selected. Using linear regression on Excel, a positive correlation was found.

● Collaborated with 28 orientation mentors and 10 professional staff members to successfully onboard and recruit 800orientation leaders for Golden Bear Orientation in the Fall● Facilitated orientation training workshops for a group of 30 orientation leaders from March to August● Addressed individual questions and concerns, providing a personalized onboarding experience● Conducted one-on-one meetings with each orientation leader, providing individual mentorship● Handled sensitive student data while assisting staff at the help desk during orientation week
