I currently hold n4-n6 certificate in Financial Management.I have worked mostly at I-Talk as a call centre agent , it was really bit challenging in getting customers but I have able to build a rapport with people and making sure I get a sale in most of my calls .I haven’t gain a lot of experience as I worked for about 2months , I later found an opportunity at Genise Pty Ltd to complete my Financial Management internship as I need to gain my National Diploma in Financial Management.After signing a contract I was transferred to ICWP to do my internships there as is where I am doing my internships .But looking forward to complete my internships with them and gain my National Diploma in Financial Management.
