Management of a large scale project at Bank Leumi, highly budgeted with over 50 employees - development of a new CIF (Customer Information File) system for the bank.

Management of the engineering wing of the company, based on two departments:A) Product Development -- Large scale cross company project management;- Development of new products and services;- IT support of new business areas and activities.B) Engineering and Technology Development - - Project management involving new and current technologies in the payment industry e.g. POS, ATM, internet payments, cellular and more; - Classic industrial engineering e.g. methods and organization, work procedures.Membership in local and international professional committees:- Visa Europe - New Products Committee, Business Services & Systems Committee, VisaNet Committee.- Bank of Israel - Committee of Standard Banking Procedures
