Responsible for locating and introducing new medical products into the local market including: negotiating and drafting exclusive distribution agreements with manufacturers from around the globe, obtaining regulatory approvals for importing, storing & distributing (i.e. Ministry of Health and the Standards Institution of Israel approvals), import / export logistics, direct sales to hospitals, HMO’s and private medical centers, locating and adding new customers, participation in government tenders, exhibition of marketed products in conferences, training of medical staff, accompanying trial periods in medical centers, negotiation with purchasing departments and orchestrating multi-manufacturer collaboration to create innovative solutions for existing medical procedures after identifying customer needs.

Legal intern in the High Tech department which provided ongoing legal services to start-ups, VC's and start-up incubators including: drafting of agreements, Due Diligence, RoC registrations and performing research for legal opinions in corporate law.
