I am a seasoned and dedicated senior manager with extensive experience in using a combination of strategic planning, decision-making abilities, and leadership skills to drive business and increase company revenue. With a rich background in executive positions, I have developed myself into a serious industry competitor and seek to contribute my advanced skillset to a dynamic, market-leading organization. Throughout my career, I have managed multiple large-scale projects involving large numbers of employees and external contractors from all angles. This included creating strategic plans to meet project goals on time and with optimum results, planning and managing large project budgets, managing production and procurement costs, managing operations and developing work processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. I also exercise important qualitative managerial skills while managing relationships with multiple individuals and organizations. This includes negotiating deals with suppliers and external contractors, managing staff teams in Israel and in foreign locations such as India, leading business development and marketing activities to find new clients and grow company revenue, and managing relationships with strategic partners and clients. With a passion for learning and developing myself as a professional and as an individual, I have earned multiple degrees from a number of high-ranking universities. These include a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the same institution, and a B.A. in Economics from the Open University of Israel.
