- Determine usage of global shipping, import & export, maritime and air freight by express flights, freight and consolidations. Providing delivery guidelines to all relevant departments while paying attention to delivery time while keeping transportation costs low.- Provide analysis of performances, KPI and costs- Managing global vendors (forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses)- Advisor to business leaders and executive management. Ensures effective execution of operations and supply chain /shipping programs in times of high pressure and constant change- Managing relations with overseas suppliers, customs brokers and government agencies such as the Ministry of Communications, the Standards Institute of Israel and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor to obtain import licenses, regulatory approvals and various customs exemptions.- Promoting purchase orders in the company's ERP system (Priority).- Full client portfolio management and responsibility for shipping (70 M$) - Ongoing strategic planning meetings for efficient and cost-effective delivery.- Multidisciplinary work with the client and other functions in the company to provide effective response.
