CFS - Colmobil Financial Solution is a captive finance company dedicated to credit, financial leasing, operational leasing and full maintenance leasing. Previously a Daimler Financial Services subsidiary, also known as Debis.Since 2011 I have led the company to more than triple in size both in portfolio and profit while improving efficiency and overhauling all process and procedures including starting a SAP leasing module implementation (first in Israel), all of this while maintaining the lowest credit loss ratios ever. I was also in charge of Colmobil Insurance Agency, with about 23 thousand vehicles with a rapid growth in size and in profits.

I was also in charge of cross business and organization projects such as IT system replacement to Bank Yahav (a subsidiary) and the merging of Adanim bank, business relations with the credit card companies etc.

Alongside with my CFO role, I have played a major role in the business growth of the company, pushing and achieving larger market shares, increase revenues and operation profit record growth. I had an important role in seeking and negotiating new growth opportunities. I was in charge of accounting, treasury, controlling and IT. My touch and impact in managing day to day activities, meeting targets and controlling expenses with all parts of the company was prominent. I revised the whole financial reporting process, totally revised the controlling and business analysis process and unit, simplified the legal and tax structure both in Israel and Turkey, while obtaining tax benefits, redone the finance unit in Turkey and managed it, raised fundings for the Turkish operation, initiated and implemented IT system modifications and replacements in manufacturing, distribution and finance.

Orbotech – an Israeli worldwide leader manufacturer of testing equipment for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry. Upon arrival to the European subsidiary in 2001, in the midst of the "dot-com" crises, I immediately started with restructuring and cost reduction efforts, including reducing head count and expenses by half, while totally redoing all business process and organizational structure.I was in charge of subsidiaries in 10 European countries including regional offices, employees and commercial activities over the whole continent. Alongside general responsibility over the company and business my direct responsibility were on the engineering service side of the business, which consist the main part in income and headcount, finance, human resources, logistics and IT. I was promoted to the co-president position after being the CFO.

Tivall, a vegetarian food manufacturer leader (150 million US$m 1000 employees) was transformed from when I joined in 1995 with the 50% acquisition by Osem (later to become Nestle subsidiary in Israel) and quadruple in size by a set of M&As of leading Israeli food manufacturers (Of-Tov, Sabra salads, Hod-Lavan) and the establishment of a distribution channel Frostiv & Ostiv. I was in charge of accounting, controlling, treasury and IT. I took active part in the M&As from planning, negotiating, DD to implementing and day to day operation. I was a leading manager in establishing the new distribution company, dealing with setting up and fixing many supply chain procedures and issues and in charge of setting up and operating billing and collection operation for the newly created distribution company with thousands of customers. Tadiran's System Division (70 million US$ turnover, 400 employees) was at the time a subsidiary of Tadiran (1 billion US$ electronic business), developing and manufacturing large defense electronic systems, usually in long terms, multi millions projects with various military and governmental organization worldwide. I was responsible for budget, pricing and cost controlling, financial reports. I actively participated in negotiations with customers, including the Israeli MOD, US DOD and other foreign government defense agencies, which included managing legal activities in Israel and abroad, price proposal and bids, project financing and monitoring Israeli and foreign subsidiaries. I was promoted to the position after being CFO of Simtech, a simulator manufacturing subsidiary.
