 Responsible for developing and tracking of Lease portfolio End-of-Term performance, including analysis of wholesale auction results, online vehicle sales management, and maximizing Lease End vehicle disposition profitability. Develop fiscal year forecasting for End-of-Term portfolio including residual loss forecast. Track ongoing remarketing activities and vehicle disposition, and creates financial reports based on ongoing results. Identify trends and developments in the automotive industry and recommend countermeasures for mitigating residual loss. Develop long term strategies for lowering Lease residual losses.  Member of Residual Value Setting Committee. Responsible for Risk Residual Value recommendations. Analyze Risk for Residual Value setting. Using models, price Residual Value risk for individual vehicles, as well as for entire lease portfolio.  Responsible for improving the operational effectiveness of Lease End-of-Term processes.

 Propose Residual Value settings for all new and used Honda and Acura vehicles. Lead Residual Value settings process. Present and justify Residual Value recommendation to Executive Management.  Recommends Residual Value strategy based on overall market analysis including competitive environment, sales, historical vehicle performance, and economic trend analysis. Lead monthly interest rate setting process for all U.S. rates. Present and justify New, Certified, and Used Retail Rates to Executive Management as coordinated with eight regional offices. Propose and set national Lease rates. Provide field support in areas of Lease, Residual Value, retail rates, competitors programs and Specials analysis. Overseas system implementation of interest rates and residual values and Communicates them the field and to all Honda and Acura dealers. Analyze sales programs for ROA, cost, profitability, and penetration, to ensure competitiveness in marketplace. Utilizes pricing models to determine profitability for upcoming future programs. Makes interest rate recommendations for programs based on models and market analysis.

 Perform cost analysis for accessory lineup for future vehicle models. Analyze line up of accessory items for economic trends, cost, and profitability forecast. Present results and recommendations to executive management. Procurement project leader for Honda and Acura vehicles. Lead coordination effort for vehicle’s accessory lineup. Represents Procurement Department in the development team, which includes Product Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Design departments. As senior Department member, mentor and train three junior associates in operational procedures, cost analysis, as well as assistance with cost and schedule negotiations. Coordinate development of new Honda and Acura accessory products .Negotiate cost and development schedule with suppliers, ensuring on time release, corresponding to vehicle release. Makes supplier recommendations to management based on analysis of supplier quotes, profitability and development schedule. Coordinate international procurement with Europe.
