In the past 15 years we've been investing mostly in real estate in various locations in the U.S. and in Europe, mostly together with local partners. In addition, we also invest in other asset classes. Namely, we are a major shareholder in Telsys Ltd. (TLV: TLSY) and Variscite Ltd. In addition, we are partners in Keren Nadlan, a leading urban renewal developer in Israel. We are also partners in Forest Investment House.In my role as the firm's director of business development, I am in charge of Arledan's investment pipeline and network of connections. As such, I am open to any relevant new connections such as real estate players, investment firms, brokers etc.
