Program management support of telecommunications programs, including wireless, wireline, and broadband VOIP systems. Assist commercial managers with supporting telecommunications initiatives, including providing analytical support to program strategy, planning, and implementation of telecommunications-related initiatives. Gather, synthesize, and analyze data, make recommendations, and provide leadership and analytical support in matters and functions pertaining to telecommunications policy, grants, technology, and market and business issues. Demonstrate intersections and impacts of key telecommunications technologies, including fixed, wireless, satellite, and the broadband and Internet sectors. Analyze and evaluate telecommunications business models and technology approaches and apply knowledge of policy. Develop strategic analyses and related documentation for multiple stakeholder types.
