CurrentProvide periodic technical support to the facilities management staff. Conducts inspections of all facilities, oversee the preventive maintenance program. Coordinates specific training needs in these areas and prepares the appropriate documentation to assure compliance, manage vendor services, prepare and administers budgets, prepares forecasts, explains variances, and achieves cost efficiencies and energy management strategies. Worked closely with the Facilities, Real Estate and Project Management departments relating to the delivery of services to the client. Responsible for the performance of site compliance reviews and report writing. Responsible for providing technician and engineer training and guidance in all aspects of technical and service delivery. Responsible for identification of capital improvement projects, including cost analysis to be utilized in the preparation of capital budgets. Implementation of cost reduction programs, and assimilation of data for inclusion in benchmarking database. Manages all existing/new regional outsource provider service contracts and ongoing administration of the RFP processComplies with environmental and asbestos programs, procedures, and industry regulatory parameters. Responsible for ongoing management of the computerized maintenance management program Assumes or performs management and supervisory responsibilities Responsible for development and training to all field and management staff in areas of operational and technical requirements on the account. This is to include service performance, technology, safety and compliance, cost savings initiativesReviews policies and procedures that support the field operations in service and contract compliance.
