CurrentAs the Managing Director for the India subsidiary of IAI, I am entrusted with full responsibility for overseeing and directing all facets of the business and operational activities. My role encompasses the following key areas of expertise:› Leadership in Contracts and Sales: Leading the team in contract negotiations and sales activities, ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets.› Project Management and Execution: Spearheading project management efforts, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives, and delivering results in accordance with established objectives.› Direct Accountability for Supply Implementation: Taking direct responsibility for supply chain implementation and fulfilling business commitments, while maintaining a keen focus on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service.› Local Infrastructure Optimization: Adapting and optimizing the local infrastructure to cater to the specific needs of sales, production, and customer support operations.› Effective Stakeholder Management: Managing interfaces and relationships with local business subsidiaries and partnerships in India, fostering productive collaborations and driving synergies.› Strategic Planning and Oversight: Overseeing and controlling annual and multi-annual work plans in both Israel and India, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.› Reporting and Accountability: Regularly reporting to the factory manager, providing valuable insights and updates on the performance and progress of the India subsidiary.
