After a decade of experience in the construction and infrastructures field, I decided to go from managing a huge project all around Israel – to be prat of the teams of the truly gorgeous Caesarea Smart Business Park, 300,000m2 in total. In my previous role, I led projects like Azrieli, Electra, government of Israel, Tera boulevard, Neta, Israel ports company. The change in scale was rekindled by my passion for seeing buildings and assets grow and immerge, a passion only true builders can appreciate. With my specific expertise, I help enterprises and pioneering ventures plan and build the property to best fit their needs. Caesarea Business Park's unique vision is a marvelous playing ground for business development of any stature. Working with the local municipality, I able to be the “one stop shop” for our tenants- we can build to fit; and have the authority to help with every necessity on our property. A dream come true for a builder. My background helps tenants progress with their planning and building, we figure out what they need to do to advance, and we move quickly through the stages without compromising important safety issues.
