In charge of Bank Poalim Buissness Department Mobile QA:*Managing the other QA engineers.*Work collaboratively with development, product management, and QA teams to understand software requirements, identify defects, and ensure quality software delivery.*Plan and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts for web, mobile using test management tools: JIRA and Jenkins.*Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java and POSTMAN.*Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on software applicationsReport software defects and issues and work with development teams to resolve them.*Mentor junior QA team members and provide training on testing methodologies and tools.
