Current🎯 Current Challenge: Now, as a Key Account Manager, I've been entrusted with managing our cream-of-the-crop—our top 150 car dealerships on the West Coast. I'm actively maximizing our Auto partners' potential by collaborating with industry bigwigs like Dealer Tire, BG, MOC, and various software honchos. Every day presents a new challenge and a new opportunity to excel.🏆 Honors and Accolades: My efforts didn't go unnoticed. In 2022, I was honored as the Sunbit MVP Auto Partner Success Manager. This recognition, along with multiple 'PSM of the Month' awards, only fuels my passion for delivering extraordinary results. The respect I have for our partners led to me spearheading the Rewards Program, transforming how we celebrate and incentivize their value.🤝 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Helped write the company playbook, injecting valuable insights into how Sunbit should onboard and continually train our associates. Took the lead in crafting New Hire & Ongoing Training Programs, setting newbies and veterans alike up for success. Fostering a symbiotic relationship with our back office helps great minds think alike and also work well together. I was also the go-to liaison between our boots-on-the-ground operations and the tech wizards in IT. 🫂 Most Memorable Moment: One of the most touching moments of my career occurred during a routine visit to a car dealership. A customer approached me, tears in her eyes, to thank Sunbit for giving her a financial lifeline when she was going through bankruptcy. Our flexible payment plan allowed her to fix her car and regain her independence. It's moments like these that remind me why I do what I do.
