This role involves constant dialogue with various institutions, including the Public Prosecutor’s Office, IPHAN, Rio de Janeiro City Hall, and the Health Department.Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth research on the Arthur Bispo do Rosário collection and contribute to its curatorship. • Establish and maintain dialogue with relevant national and international institutions to ensure the smooth operation of curatorial activities. • Actively participate in negotiations related to exhibitions, both international and national. • Draft and translate contracts and loan agreements, ensuring compliance with copyright, labor, and commercial laws. • Collaborate with the team in the development of a museum compliance policy, ensuring the integrity and legality of the museum’s operations. • Provide contractual support to the Museum by drafting contracts, reviewing external drafts, legally validating partner-requested changes, signing/validating contracts, and translating documents. • Provide legal consulting services to the Board and other departments, with a focus on Copyright, Commercial Contracts, and Licensing related to the museum’s collection, involving publishers and cultural institutions. Also responsible for drafting and reviewing service contracts for collaborators.
