Hi there, I'm Ogar Emmanuel, and I am passionate about technology, design, and continuous learning. My journey in tech began with a curiosity for computers in 2010, which evolved into a deep obsession by 2015 when I got my first PC. Since then, I have immersed myself in various aspects of the tech world, constantly learning and expanding my skills.I started with web design, learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, but soon realized that there was so much more to explore. In 2018, I shifted focus to graphic and print design, offering services on Upwork and Fiverr. My work with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator helped me grow as a designer and allowed me to establish a strong portfolio in print design like books, magazines and book covers.While pursuing a degree in Education Mathematics at university of Calabar, I discovered my true passion for computer science so I transitioned to studying computer science, where I delved into foundational C++ and Java. Programming quickly became a favorite, and I further honed my skills by taking on assignments for my peers for a fee, gaining valuable experience along the way.Before university, I had already gained foundational knowledge in networking, Microsoft Office tools, and basic web design at Zero Limit Calabar in 2015. During my second year in university, I added UI design and Python for machine learning to my skillset. My background in graphic design made UI design easier to grasp, and I applied my machine learning knowledge to my final year project, "Design and Development of a Heart Attack Prediction System Using Machine Learning Techniques."My professional experience includes a role as a Graphics Designer at Ztera and later NUGI Technologies, where I eventually transitioned into a Product Designer role. I dove deep into Flutter development 8 months ago and believe I've achieved a lot already and believe within a span of 5 months from now of rigorous practice and project work, I am confident that I will be ready to take on more tedious projects and maybe apply for Flutter roles.In summary, I am a go-getter, a fast learner, and always ready to take on new challenges. I am passionate about technology, design and am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow in my field.
