After graduating from Abeno Tsuji Culinary School in Osaka, he trained at French restaurants in Japan before moving to France at the age of 24. In France, he trained at five starred restaurants. Upon returning to Japan, he became a chef at a French restaurant in Tokyo at the age of 27. In 2007, he established El Corporation Co. He became the president of the company. Opened AileBlanche in Azabujuban. At the same time, he also provides consulting services for domestic and international food business. In 2015, he established Minor Rivers Co., Ltd. in his hometown of Fukui Prefecture for the food and beverage business to revitalize the local community. He became the representative director and COO of the company. Opened a modern French restaurant in a renovated old private house. In 2021, he was appointed as Director and Food Director of CONEXT Corporation, which provides business development and DX support for the food industry. Currently, he is a board member of the above three companies and works not only as an owner-chef but also as a consultant for the food and beverage business.
