Responsibility• Conducting 3G SCFT (SSV) using TEMS data Collection 11.0 to carry out both the Static tests; Voice call test, Video Call test & HSPA Test (HSDPA/HSUPA) and the Mobility tests; Coverage test, Handover test & Multirab (R99 Uplink/Downlink & Long Voice Call ) for the whole of Brazzaville and point noire.• Analyzing the logfiles with Actix Analyzer and TEMS data collection 11.0 after data collection.• Optimizing the live network by reporting network issues experienced to the RNC for immediate correction so as to ensure proper commencement of the SCFT.• Carrying out Coverage tests in high priority locations to ascertain the necessary optimization process required.• Conducting 3G Cluster drive test to check the network performance in terms of inter-site and intra-site handover for defined successful handover.• Conducting Troubleshooting Drive Test (IRAT) to confirm 3G to 2G Cell Reselection.• Conducting 2G Cluster Pre-migration Drive Test using both TEMS data collection 9.0 and TEMS data collection 11.0.• Conducting 2G Post-migration Cluster Drive Test and Handover Test after the neighbors are defined using TEMS data collection 11.0 in both the Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire• Conducting a swap test on site to determine if a site is swapped or not.• Coordinating with the BSS and OMC Team about site status• Coordinating the activities Rigger on site for antenna tuning and site audit
