Regional Safety Coordinator
Current• Conduct Risk assessment of facilities to determine level of compliance to HSE and proffer accident preventive measures before possible engagement for business• Coordinate safety inspection of all NATCOM facilities and Prepare inspection report on all ntel facilities inspected with appropriate recommendations.• Coordinate and facilitate Occupational health and safety training• Ensured HSE risk management standard are met at all NATCOM sites, shops, and offices• Implement safety management plan for ntel project to ensure compliance to safety standard• Facilitate the assessment and evaluation of ergonomic suitability of chairs intended for office use • Create and facilitate HSE advisory and communications. An awareness strategy for keeping employees informed and updated on globally recognised health issues. • Provide support in carrying out HSE competence evaluation of potential vendors for high-risk operation, e.g. fumigation, to ensure vendor has appropriate HSE competence, skills and experience to safely undertake the task. • Conducts investigations of all accidents, near-misses to determine root causes and as well give appropriate recommendations to prevent reoccurrence. • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of fire control equipment to ensure a good state of emergency preparedness in the organization
