ilPrimo PP is high-end post-production start-up, mainly focusing on e-commerce photography, communicating and targeting e-commerce photo studios around the world.Bringing a new sight into e-commerce photo processing services, based in Warsaw, Poland with project management team based in our Adana, Turkiye office, incubation center.Our team has been working with photo processing specialists around the world, finding talents and work with them on a project basis term.Our main goal is to understand the problem from the first hand, then create a solution for exact problem. Our key is to create long term, sustainable, renovative solution more than being old fashion, we always try to consume as less human power as possible and automatise bulk processes. What we do best is to manage complex projects with many aspects, create an easy workflow and better communication.What we do unique is to create realistic transparent, see through ghost mannequin 3D product photo processing mostly with mesh material of garments.With being an external team, we act like part of the actual photo studio and see their client as our client, so that we can achieve highly respective understanding level for our clientele.We do understand such projects' control is another time consuming fact, that's why we have created internal QA system, other than every steps own QA, we do final QA before delivery.Our internal academy is aiming to bring everyone to a better level both in our internal team and external talents around the world.We have worked with more than 100 team leaders around the world as well as freelancers which brings to in total of more than 1.000 talents, which helped us to understand every teams' best aspects which later on improved the health of better project assignments.

Trendazz Marketing MMC is a start-up located in central Baku, Azerbaijan shipping across all Azerbaijan. As of 2018-2019, the lack of developed e-commerce fashion retail industry has shown an opportunity to provide solution for this problem.Due to change of plans, the project has been shut down as of end of 2019.In this journey, I have found a lot of useful experience, this was to be my very first big project taking more than 12 hours daily, struggling with problems and trying to find solutions to each one of those, making crucial changes in the project due to change of situation. Not only photographing all fashion pieces, also doing the inventory work, building an outstanding e-commerce website and uploading them online, doing all the tax work and legal basis requirements, social media management and digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, product research / Fashion Buying and many other required fields was managed by me.As an entrepreneur, I can confidentally tell, we either win or learn.
