This is a phased global implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management and Employee Central modules (250,000 employees across 150 countries in 13 languages).

Managed global HR implementations leveraging the SAP SuccessFactors functionality (both Talent Management modules and Employee Central with associated country specific payroll/time interfaces). Implementation leadership roles were characterized by “acts of project rescue” resulting in trusted professional relationships with project teams and client leadership.• Served as the Engagement Manager for a global implementation of Employee Central (21,000 employees across 23 countries in 13 languages) together with an implementation of ADP GlobalView in Canada and the US. • Served as the Engagement Manager for a full cycle global SuccessFactors implementation. This was an implementation of almost all SuccessFactors modules (5,400 employees across 20 countries in 7 languages) including Employee Central and associated global/local interfaces. Led a project team that fluctuated between 10 and 20 consulting resources.
