• Develop CAD data with AutoCAD and NX Unigraphics for fabrication references.• Mentoring colleagues work performances.• Provide Machine Operation Training to subordinates and monitor improvements.• Set Machine schedule for in-line, Urgent and Priority parts.• Create NC Programs with NX CAM for CNC Vertical Machining Center and NSD CAM for EDM Wire.• Collaborate with Engineering Department for product improvements.• Design and Fabricate Jig and Fixture to support Continuous Improvement in Productions Product Quality.• Responsible for the Quality and performance of Tooling Equipment (Mold Die).• Conduct Machine Preventive Maintenance.

• Work as a Mold Die Designer with AutoCAD and DiProWin CAD/CAM Software; Prepare and Distribute CAD Data.• Planning and Scheduling of parts fabrication.• Work as a CNC Machinist and Programmer with DiProWin and MasterCAM: Vertical Machining Center, EDM and EDM Wire Machines.• Monitor Parts Fabrication Activity if it’s on tract.• Continuous Training and Mentoring of Subordinates for accuracy and excellent performance.
