As a senior manager, I am currently responsible for delivering networking solutions and mentoring early-career professionals. With 15 years of experience in 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 and 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚, I have been privileged to work across multiple countries, and this has enriched my perspective and allowed me to develop an understanding of technological, innovational and behavioural traits. I recently moved to Abu Dhabi for my current role, working for 𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐌, an EDGE entity. Before that, I worked in London as an R&I staff engineer and got 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 to R&I senior staff engineer at 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, as a wireless software engineer and got 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 to senior wireless software engineer at 𝐎𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, and as an R&D associate on the 𝐊𝐓𝐏 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐊 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞. My PhD is from Kingston University London and is a collaboration with Siemens, Munich. My professional story began in my place of birth, Skopje, where I got my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in telecommunications and worked as a research and teaching assistant at two universities.
