My biggest professional achievement to-date is recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing, highly skilled, global 150+ sized workforce.When I moved to the US for bachelor studies in 2010 or even when I joined Joorney Business Plans in 2014, I had no plan to become an HR and Operations Expert. Yet, as soon as I found myself on the path to this role, I realized few things in my life have felt more natural.Within months of work experience, my passion – for creating, organizing and motivating entire professional ecosystems by placing people in the right positions and leading them – came to life. At Joorney, I identified the need – and envisioned a solution – to create an effective, scalable, and efficiently-trained workforce. In 2015, I moved back to Serbia to do so and the rest, as they say, is history.Since then, my focus has been on evolving an operations department that treats people well, supports the growth of the business, and ensures the reliable delivery of custom, quality business-critical documents. Simultaneously, I have been sharing my expertise with – and building a workforce for – all Joorney departments and am a go-to person on a global level for all HR matters.
