I have broad interests in genomics medicine, disease ontologies, data analysis, therapeutics and biomarkers detection. I am making differences by detecting impactful mutations, measuring gene functions, mapping biological pathways, and utilizing discoveries from multiple disciplines to underpin human phenotype ontologies. I have done some works leading to publications of relevant scientific papers, presentations at scientific conferences and winning awards. I have work affiliations with the University of Oxford, UK, and a Visiting Scholar to the Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine (IDM) University of Cape Town, South Africa; And Institutes of Primate Research, Nairobi, Kenya. Besides, I have held various administrative positions with outstanding records of service including establishing Absolute Cedars that promotes technological and human capacity development in marginalized communities.
