• Prepare reports and interpret data on logistics performance measures, such as availability, maintainability, distribution, and transportation.
• Provide ongoing analysis in areas including OTIF (On Time, In Full) reports on key accounts, transportation costs and delivery processes.
• Compute reporting metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turns.
• Approve accurate data at the time of invoicing by verifying case counts and quantities per sales order and per warehouse lot.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding distribution and shipping concerns / issues.
