As Data and Research Analyst for WeGen, I am responsible for the following activities:- Support company's strategy development and operational improvements by gathering and monitoring relevant industry and market information -Coordinate with various departments for the business planning activities and consolidation of overall plans and strategies;-Conduct knowledge sharing activities about industry information;-Conduct market research to determine trends and new technologies;-Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to the management;-Support the company’s product and solutions development by conducting market surveys to determine community perception and market needs;-Initiate and lead the establishment of data management tools and processes to consolidate enterprise-wide data and ease the flow of data within the company-Onboards new employees on the overview of the industry and long term business roadmapAside from these responsibilities, in my early years in the company, I have supported customer relations activities by providing assistance on creating strategic project offers. I have specifically handled the areas of Bicol, Bacolod, and some areas in Western Mindanao
