As Data and Research Analyst for WeGen, I am responsible for the following activities:- Support company's strategy development and operational improvements by gathering and monitoring relevant industry and market information -Coordinate with various departments for the business planning activities and consolidation of overall plans and strategies;-Conduct knowledge sharing activities about industry information;-Conduct market research to determine trends and new technologies;-Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to the management;-Support the company’s product and solutions development by conducting market surveys to determine community perception and market needs;-Initiate and lead the establishment of data management tools and processes to consolidate enterprise-wide data and ease the flow of data within the company-Onboards new employees on the overview of the industry and long term business roadmapAside from these responsibilities, in my early years in the company, I have supported customer relations activities by providing assistance on creating strategic project offers. I have specifically handled the areas of Bicol, Bacolod, and some areas in Western Mindanao

-Oversees planning and execution of different activities of the organization-Communicates with the advisers for consultations and project accomplishments-Represent the organization in official functions participated by the organization. *For the S.Y. 2017-2018, UPLB Economics Society was awarded as the 2018 College of Economics and Management Outstanding Student Organization for the fourth consecutive year, 2nd Outstanding Member Organization of the Junior Philippine Economics Society, and was also among the top 3 of the UPLB's Natatanging Organisasyon (UNO).
