International Key Account responsibility with Darty Group, Small Domestic Appliances.

Global key account responsibility for all France-based Global Retailers: Carrefour, Auchan, Casino, Leclerc / Coopernic, Systeme U / AMS, Intermarché / Agenor, Cora / LDIT, for all 3M global brands such as Scotch-Brite™, Scotch® and Post-It®.In charge of negotiating international contracts and managing the global business relationship with these customers. Link with local teams (Asia, Europe, Latin America) to ensure that contract counterparts are implemented and best practices shared in order to achieve sales objectives.Direct report to the Consumer & Office Europe Vice President.

In charge of Carrefour & Metro for France.All 3M France Retail Products : Scotch-Brite™, Scotch® and Post-It® Brands.Yearly negociation of contracts.New Products listing, Promotion, growth programs with customers.Solid year on year growth.

Led several European project teams using Six Sigma Methodology to achieve substancial savings. For instance, one project was about reducing inventory of multimedia projectors, and another was about reducing their repair cycle time.

• Got financial responsibility for European Scotch-Brite™ Business ($115 Million Sales).• Set up Profit & Loss Account targets and analysed monthly results for each European subsidiary.• Conceived and implemented a direct margin report.

Got financial responsibility for the plant: 100 Million Euros Sales, 200 persons.Managed a team of 2 persons.In charge of accounting and Profit & Loss Account.Reinforced the operating expenses control by involving production managers in the budgeting process.In charge of the 3 Year Plan for all 3M plants in France.
